PICC带管患者维护依从性影响因素的meta分析

Meta analysis of influencing factors on maintenance compliance of patients with PICC

目的系统评价PICC带管患者按期维护依从性的相关影响因素。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane图书馆及web of scince等数据库的中英文文献,收录从建库至2020年4月19日止发表的关于PICC维护依从性相关因素的研究,采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析,计算各影响因素合并OR值和95%CI。结果共纳入文献5篇,累计观察组424例,对照组731例。Meta结果显示PICC维护依从性的影响因素为文化程度[OR=3.45,95%CI(1.80,6.61)]、经济条件[OR=2.43,95%CI(1.42,4.15)]家属支持态度[OR=1.87,95%CI(1.72,2.04)]、PICC知识欠缺[OR=3.35,95%CI(2.05,5.46)]、门诊电话随访[OR=25.88,95%CI(7.99,83.84)]、自费治疗[OR=2.75,95%CI(1.66,4.57)]、來院便利程度[OR=4.98,95%CI(0.54,45.91)]。结论文化程度、经济条件、家属支持态度、门诊电话随访、PICC知识欠缺及自费治疗是PICC带管患者间隙期维护依从性的影响因素,來院便利程度P值=0.16,I2=89%,有待进一步研究验证。

Objective A systematic evaluation of the factors affecting compliance of patients with picc tube on schedule.Methods Searching Chinese and English documents from CNKI,Wanfang,Weipu,Chinese Biomedical Literature,PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library and web of scince databases,including information about PICC published from the establishment of the database to April 19,2020 Research on factors related to maintenance compliance,using RevMan5.3 software for Meta analysis,calculating the combined OR value and 95%CI of each influencing factor.Results A total of 5 articles were included,with a total of 424 cases in observation group and 731 cases in control group,meta results showed that the factors influencing picc maintenance compliance were education level[OR=3.45,95%CI(1.80,6.61)],economic condition[OR=2.43,95%CI(1.42,4.15)],Family support attitude[OR=1.87,95%CI(1.72,2.04)]、Lack of picc knowledge[OR=3.35,95%CI(2.05,5.46)]、Outpatient telephone follow-up[OR=25.88,95%CI(7.99,83.84)]、Self-funded treatment[OR=2.75,95%CI(1.66,4.57)].The degree of convenience to hospital[OR=4.98,95%CI(0.54,45.91)]Conclusions Education,economic condition,family support attitude,telephone follow-up,lack of picc knowledge and self-expense treatment are the important factors to picc patients’maintenance compliance during interspace period,The convenience of visiting the hospital P=0.16,I2=89%,and needs further study.
