超声引导下经皮经肝穿刺置管引流术治疗肝脓肿的临床效果

Clinical effect of ultrasound-guided percutaneous transhepatic catheter drainage in the treatment of liver abscess

目的探究超声引导下经皮经肝穿刺置管引流术治疗肝脓肿的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月我院收治的80例肝脓肿病人作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组接受经超声引导下穿刺引流,对照组接受腹腔镜下肝脓肿切开引流术,分析两组的治疗效果及预后情况。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对于脓肿消失、体温恢复、拔管、住院时间,观察组各指标均明显更低,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝脓肿患者使用超声引导下经皮经肝穿刺置管引流术治疗,具有显著治疗效果,不仅可有效改善临床症状,还可缩短患者的治疗时间,提高治疗有效率。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided percutaneous transhepatic catheter drainage in the treatment of liver abscess.A total of 80 patients with liver abscess were selected for the prescription Method And the study period was from January 2018 to December 2020.They were divided into the reference group(n=40)and the study group(n=40).The control group was treated with laparoscopic incision and drainage of liver abscess,while the study group was treated with ultrasound-guided percutaneous transhepatic catheter drainage,and the therapeutic effects were compared.Results The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The abscess disappearance time,body temperature recovery time,extubation time and hospitalization time in the study group were all better than those in the reference group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided percutaneous transhepatic catheter drainage for liver abscess patients can effectively shorten the treatment time,alleviate clinical symptoms and promote treatment with remarkable therapeutic effect.
