术中综合保温护理对全麻腹腔镜结肠癌根治术患者麻醉复苏的影响分析

目的探讨术中综合保温护理对全麻腹腔镜结肠癌根治术患者麻醉复苏的影响。方法在2018年11月至2019年11月期间,选取本院接收治疗的行择期全麻腹腔镜结肠癌根治术56例作为本次研究对象,按照护理方式的不同将患者分成两组,对照组28例,采用常规护理,观察组28例,采用术中综合保温护理,对比两组患者术后麻醉复苏情况。结果在自主呼吸恢复时间、麻醉苏醒时间以及麻醉复苏室滞留时间方面比较,观察组明显短于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义;观察组寒颤和躁动发生率均明显低于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论对行全麻腹腔镜结肠癌根治术患者采用术中综合保温护理,效果显著,值得临床推广。

objective to explore the effect of comprehensive thermal insulation nursing during operation on anesthesia and resuscitation in patients undergoing radical anesthesia for laparoscopic colon cancer.Methods From November 2018 to November 2019,56 patients underwent elective general anesthesia for laparoscopic colon cancer radical resection in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.The patients were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.28 cases in group received routine care,28 cases in observation group received comprehensive thermal insulation during operation,and compared the postoperative anesthesia recovery between the two groups.Results Compared with the recovery time of spontaneous breathing,the recovery time of anesthesia and the retention time of the anesthesia monitoring room,the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group,P<0.05,which was statistically significant;P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion Intraoperative comprehensive thermal insulation nursing for patients undergoing general anesthesia laparoscopic colon cancer radical resection has significant effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.
