摘要
目的分析经肠道术后病人高营养护理效果。方法选我院收治手术病人141例,时间为2017年1月21日至2020年1月13日,按照先后手术分高营养Y组(71例)与对照T组(70例),高营养Y组术后采用高营养护理,对照T组术后采用常规护理,护理2周后观察病人术后切口恢复情况与病人TP(血清总蛋白)、PA(前白蛋白)、ALB(白蛋白)、RBP(视黄醇结合蛋白)指数变化情况。结果高营养Y组切口恢复情况、病人TP、PA、ALB、RBP指数明显优于对照T组,两组数据可比(P<0.05)。结论肠道高营养护理对术后病人TP、PA、ALB、RBP指数恢复正常、加速病人切口愈合具有积极作用,值得进一步研究与应用。
objective to analyze the effect of hyperalimentation nursing for patients after transintestinal operation.Methods a total of 141 surgical patients were selected from January 21,2017 to January 13,2020.They were divided into two groups:High Nutritional Y group(71 cases)and control group(70 cases),the recovery of incision and the change of TP(total serum protein),PA(Prealbumin),ALB(albumin)and RBP(Retinol binding protein)index were observed after 2 weeks in the control group.Results The recovery of incision,TP,PA,ALB and RBP of patients in high nutrition y group were significantly better than those in control group(p<0.05).Conclusion enteral nutrition nursing has positive effect on the recovery of TP,PA,ALB,RBP index and accelerating the wound healing of postoperative patients.
