六西格玛管理模式在实习护士管理中的应用效果 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨六西格玛管理模式在实习护士管理中的效果。方法选取解放军总医院第七医学中心皮肤科的实习护士为研究对象,分为对照组42例(2019年1—6月)和试验组46例(2019年7至12月)两组;对两组实习成绩(理论知识、操作技能、工作程序、沟通技巧)进行比较;运用批判性思维能力测量表测量实习护士评判性思维能力的变化;比较两组的管理满意度。通过以上评价指标比较六西格玛管理方法的效果。结果对照组理论知识、操作技能、工作程序、沟通技巧得分均显著低于试验组(P<0.01或P<0.05);实习护士的批判性思维能力各个条目得分试验组显著高于对照组(P<0.01);试验组管理满意度(91.30%)显著高于对照组(80.95%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论运用六西格玛管理模式有利于实习护士掌握科室专业及技能相关知识,提升其批判性思维能力,为今后正式工作奠定基础。
