基于水库调节能力的日内水光互补研究

摘要 基于水库调节能力的日内水光互补计算方法分为三个步骤,步骤一为以通道容量限制光伏出力,步骤二为水电出力与光伏出力进行水光互补,步骤三为基于水库调节库容对步骤二中的水光互补成果复核与调整,该方法可有效合理地计算日调节水电站的水光互补。将该方法应用于某水电站的水光互补计算,分析计算了不同情景的水光互补。结果显示,随着通道容量增加,光伏吸纳率逐渐增加;随着光伏装机容量增加,光伏吸纳率逐渐降低;针对日调节性能水电站,水光互补中的光伏吸纳很大程度上受通道容量限制,增加水电装机容量可增加对调节库容的利用程度,有利于光伏吸纳,但当通道容量固定时,增加水电装机容量并不一定增加光伏吸纳率。 The calculation method of intraday hydropower and photovoltaic complementarity based on the regulating capacity of the reservoir is divided into three steps,that is,the first step is to limit the photovoltaic output by the channel capacity,and the second step is to perform the hydropower and photovoltaic complementation between the hydropower output and the photovoltaic output.The third is to review and adjust the hydropower and photovoltaic complementation results in step 2 based on the adjustment of the reservoir capacity.This method can effectively and reasonably calculate the hydropower and photovoltaic complementation of the hydropower station with daily regulation.The method was applied to the calculation of hydropower and photovoltaic complementarity of a hydropower station,and the hydropower and photovoltaic complementarity of different scenarios was analyzed and calculated.The results showed that as the channel capacity increased,the photovoltaic absorption rate gradually increased;as the photovoltaic installed capacity increased,the photovoltaic absorption rate gradually decreased;for the daily regulation performance hydropower station,the photovoltaic absorption in the hydropower and photovoltaic complementation was largely limited by the channel capacity,increasing the installed hydropower capacity could increase the utilization of the regulating storage capacity,which was conducive to photovoltaic absorption,but when the channel capacity was fixed,increasing the installed hydropower capacity could not increase the photovoltaic absorption rate.
