高质量发展背景下增加值率的研究进展

Research Progress on Value-Added Rate in the Context of High-Quality Development

面对复杂多变的国际形势和经济深度调整的现实,中国开始把经济增长的重点从高速增长向高质量发展转变,因而增加值率作为除全要素生产率之外的又一综合性指标对评价经济质量有着举足轻重的作用。本文主要针对国内研究进行分析,并按其特征分为四个研究角度:增加值率能否评价经济增长质量、中国增加值率偏低和下降原因、增加值率的影响因素、增加值率的研究方法,从而较全面地呈现了增加值率研究的发展脉络和理论逻辑。本文在已有研究基础上总结缺点和不足,展望后续研究方向,为推进中国实现更高质量发展做出理论贡献。

Facing the complex and ever-changing international economic situation and the reality of deep economic adjustment,the country began to shift the focus of economic growth from high-speed growth to high-quality development.The value-added rate,as another comprehensive indicator in addition to total factor productivity,plays a pivotal role in the evaluation of economic quality.Since there is no such thing as"value-added rate"in foreign countries,this paper mainly analyzes domestic research and is divided into four aspects according to its characteristics: whether the value-added rate can evaluate the quality of economic growth,the low and falling value rate of China’s value-added rate,influencing factors of the value-added rate and the research methods of value-added rates,which have more comprehensively presented the development context and theoretical logic of domestic value-added rate research.Based on the existing research,it puts forward the research shortage,looks forward to the follow-up research direction,and promotes the country to achieve higher quality development.
