全域旅游背景下旅游目的地与城市发展耦合研究——以泉州为例

Research on the Coupling of Tourist Destination and Urban Development under the Background of All-for-one Tourism——Take Quanzhou as an Example

全域旅游是新时期旅游工作的重点。在全域旅游背景下,加强旅游目的地建设,推进旅游目的地与城市的耦合协调发展是推动传统旅游业转型和升级的重要途径。本文借鉴物理学中的耦合理论,构建旅游目的地和城市发展的耦合指标体系和评价模型,以泉州为例,基于2010—2018年共9年有效统计数据,对二者的耦合协调水平进行实证研究。结果表明:泉州旅游目的地与城市的综合发展水平整体呈现上升的趋势;旅游目的地建设与城市的耦合度处于中度耦合;旅游目的地与城市发展的耦合协调水平在逐步朝着良性方向发展,9年间经历了从严重失调到中度失调再到轻度失调的转变。但总体上,二者发展不同步,耦合协调度仍然偏低。在此基础上,为全域旅游背景下泉州旅游目的地建设提出了几点建议。

All-for-one tourism is an overall strategy of tourism in the new period.In the context of all-for-one tourism,it is an important way strengthening the construction of tourist destinations and promoting the coupling coordinated development of tourist destinations and cities,which can promote the transformation and upgrade of traditional tourist industry.Based on the coupling theory in physics,this paper constructs the coupling index system and evaluation model of tourism destinations and urban development,then takes Quanzhou city as an example,and conducts an empirical study on the coupling coordinated level according to the effective statistical data of 9 years from 2010 to 2018.The results show that the comprehensive development level of the Quanzhou tourist destination and the city is on the rise;The tourist destination is moderately coupled with the city;The level of coupling coordination between the tourist destination and the city is gradually developing in a benign direction,and has experienced a change from severe disorder to moderate disorder and then to mild disorder in 9 years.But on the whole,the development of the two is not synchronous,and the degree of coupling coordination is still low.On this basis,the paper puts forward some suggestions for Quanzhou tourist destination construction under the background of all-for-one tourism.
