民国时期财政思想的发展:以留学生英文博士论文为中心的考察

The Development of Financial Thought During the Republic of China:A Study Centered on the English Doctoral Dissertations of International Students

中国近代财政思想史是中国近代经济思想史研究中最为活跃的领域之一。但是,已有的研究亦存在不足,主要体现在绝大多数成果都是运用中文文献资料,少有利用外文文献资料的研究成果,学术视野亦局限于国内。文章按时序,分北洋政府时期、南京国民政府前期和南京国民政府中后期三个历史阶段,立足于全球视野,特别是中国财政思想在国际上的影响,运用中国近代留学生在西方留学所撰写的英文财政学博士论文文献资料,研究民国时期财政思想的变迁。

The history of China’s modern financial thought is one of the most active fields in the study of China’s modern history of economic thought.However,there are also shortcomings in the existing research,mainly reflected in the vast majority of results using Chinese literature,with few research results using foreign literature,and the academic perspective is limited to China.The article is in chronological order.It is divided into three historical stages:the Beiyang government period,the early Nationalist government in Nanjing,and the middle and late Nationalist government.Based on the global perspective,especially the international influence of China’s financial thought,it uses the literature materials of the English doctoral dissertation on finance written by modern Chinese students studying abroad in the West to study the changes of financial thought in the Republic of China.
