应用型本科院校校外实践教学基地建设路径探讨

Construction Path of Off-Campus Practical Teaching Base in Application-Oriented Universities

应用型本科院校旨在培养应用型人才,校外实践教学基地是连接高校与校外实务部门的纽带,其是应用型人才培养的重要载体,是实现产教融合与协同育人的重要依托。应用型本科院校在转型发展过程中,由于对校外实践教学基地功能定位不清、基地管理与运行机制不健全、基地建设保障不力,导致校外实践教学基地建设重形式轻内容。因此要从应用型人才培养、高校社会服务功能发挥、产教融合与协同育人的高度加强校外实践教学基地建设,合作双方应本着共建共享的理念,充分发挥各自资源优势,不断拓展合作领域、丰富合作内容,共同推进基地建设,实现高校与校外实务部门协同发展。

Application-oriented undergraduate universities aim to cultivate applied talents.The off-campus practical teaching base is the link between universities and off-campus practical departments.It is an important carrier for the cultivation of application-oriented talents and an important support for the realization of the integration of production and education and collaborative education.In the process of transformation and development of application-oriented universities,the construction of off-campus practical teaching bases focuses more on form than content due to unclear function orientation,imperfect base management and operation mechanism,and weak guarantee of base construction.Therefore,from training the applied talents,playing social service function of universities,and promoting fusion and collaborative education and production,we should strengthen the construction of off-campus practice teaching base.Both sides should be in line with the co-construction and sharing of ideas and bring respective resource advantages into full play,continue to expand areas of cooperation,enrich cooperation contents and promote base construction in order to realize the coordinated development of universities and outside school practice department.
