资源型城市转型发展研究——以淮南市为例

Research on Transformative Development of Resource-based Cities ——A Case Study of Huainan

当前,淮南市正处于城市转型发展的新时期。自改革开放以来,国内经济发展水平不断提高,但在区域经济发展中,类似淮南市的很多资源型城市发展明显滞后,受到很多因素制约,转型趋向已刻不容缓。新时期,淮南市作为急需转型的资源型城市,应加大产业结构调整力度、增强政府服务职能、着力改善营商环境、从多个角度落实可持续发展措施,实现城市发展新定位,快速实现资源型城市转型发展战略的新目标。

Currently,the city of Huainan has undergone a new round of transformative development.The reform and opening-up have promoted constant domestic economic progress;however,amid the regional economic boom,many resource-based cities like Huainan have been confronted up with many limitations and their transformative development seems to be urgent and necessary.In the new era,Huainan together with other resource-based cities should intensify industrial restructuring,reinforce government services,improve investment climate and implement sustained development strategies through various channels so as to identify new positioning of city development and realize the new targets of transformative development.
