制造飞轮储能装置的离散型智能工厂建设

摘要 为解决飞轮储能装置批量制造的过程离散且难度大、存在信息孤岛等问题,建设了国内某飞轮储能装置智能工厂。通过构建智能生产线系统、智能物流系统、信息化应用系统等,探索柔性生产线、制造执行系统和仓储管理系统的融合建设问题,总结了制造飞轮储能装置的离散型智能工厂的建设经验。 To solve the problems of discrete and difficult mass manufacturing process and isolated information island of flywheel energy storage devices,it has carried out the construction of a domestic intelligent factory project of flywheel energy storage device.Through the construction scheme build of intelligent production line,intelligent logistics and information system as the carrier,the construction exploration of flexible production line,MES and WMS system integration,as well as the experience summary and analysis of each construction implementation stage is carried out.
