区域间劳动力流动与中国制造业空间结构演变——基于技能岗位匹配视角的分析

Interregional labor mobility and Changes in the Spatial Structure of Chinese Manufacturing:Analysis Based on the Matching of Skills to Tasks

优化产业空间结构是推动区域协调发展与产业结构升级的重要举措。在众多影响产业空间结构的因素中,劳动力流动是非常关键的因素之一。本文的研究在考虑劳动力异质性与产业异质性的前提下,沿着劳动力流动与产业空间结构互动关系这一思路展开。结合中国区域间产业集聚与转移的现实情况,从劳动力与工作岗位匹配的微观视角分析改革开放以来中国制造业空间结构演变以及这个过程中的劳动力跨区流动,为优化产业空间结构提供一个新的研究视角。

Optimizing the industrial spatial structure is an important measure to promote the coordinated development of regions and the upgrading of industrial struc⁃ture.Labor mobility is one of the key factorsthat affect the industrial spatial struc⁃ture.Under the premise of labor heterogeneity and industrial heterogeneity,this pa⁃per studies the interaction between labor mobility and industrial spatial structure.Based on the situation of industrial agglomeration and transfer in China,this paper analyzes the evolution of spatial structure of Chinese manufacturing since the reform and opening⁃up and the interregional labor mobility in this process from the micro perspective of the matching of labor and jobs,providing a new research perspective to optimize the industrial spatial structure.
