数字经济、研发专利与企业生产率——基于中国地级市的经验研究

Digital Economy,R&D Patent and Enterprise Productivity:Based on the Empirical Research of China's Prefecture-level Cities

数字经济作为新型经济形态,是支撑宏观经济稳定发展的新动能。本文选取2016~2019年地级市相关面板数据,通过LP法和OP法测算企业生产率。实证研究发现:(1)数字经济对于企业生产率存在显著的正向影响。(2)研发专利的提升是数字经济提升企业生产率的有效路径。(3)数字经济人才、数字经济规划与营商环境发展越好,数字经济提升企业生产率的效率越高。进一步地,通过异质性检验发现,数字经济提升企业生产率存在边际递减效应;研发专利的中介作用主要通过实用新型专利授权量来实现;对于不同地理位置的城市群,数字经济的提升效用有所不同。(4)数字金融、区域数字化与数字乡村的建设都可以促进企业生产率提升。本文可能的贡献包括:(1)尝试以新的视角考察企业生产率的影响因素。选取地级市样本数据进行回归分析,验证数字经济对于企业生产率的作用机制。(2)在验证数字经济对企业生产率促进作用的基础上,以研发专利验证了数字经济提升企业生产率的内在中介机制。

As a new economic form,the digital economy is a new driving force that supports the stable development of the macro economy.This paper selects the relevant panel data of prefecture-level cities from 2016 to 2019,and calculates the productivity of enterprises through the LP method and the OP method.Empirical research found that:(1)The digital economy has a significant positive impact on enterprise productivity.(2)The improvement of R&D patents is an effective way for the digital economy to improve the productivity of enterprises.(3)The better the development of digital economy talents,digital economy planning and business environment,the higher the efficiency of digital economy in improving enterprise productivity.Furthermore,through the heterogeneity test,this paper finds that the digital economy has a marginal diminishing effect in improving the productivity of enterprises;the intermediary effect of R&D patents is mainly realized through the number of utility model patents;for urban agglomerations in different geographical locations,the digital economy is improved The utility is different.(4)The construction of digital finance,regional digitization and digital villages can all promote the improvement of corporate productivity.The possible contributions of this article include:First,try to examine the influencing factors of enterprise productivity from a new perspective.Second,on the basis of verifying the role of the digital economy in promoting enterprise productivity,the use of research and development patents as an intermediary mechanism has verified another path for the digital economy to enhance enterprise productivity.
