技术进步偏向性的空间扩散传导机制研究——来自中国制造业的经验证据

Research on the Spatial Diffusion and Transmission Mechanism of Biased Technological Progress——Take Manufacturing Industry as an Example

文章构建了中间品贸易、技术贸易、劳动与资本流动三种渠道下技术进步偏向性的空间扩散传导机制,数理推导了每种渠道下技术进步偏向性的表达式及其变化,总结了各传导机制中的影响因素。选取制造业作为研究对象,采用邻近关系和地理距离空间权重矩阵模型分别对三种渠道下制造业技术进步偏向性的空间扩散效应进行了对比研究。结果表明,各省份制造业技术进步偏向性存在空间相关性,三种传导渠道下的制造业技术进步偏向性空间扩散效应均得到了验证。对比三种渠道发现,制造业劳动偏向型技术进步主要通过中间品贸易和劳动、资本流动两种渠道进行传导,资本偏向型技术进步主要通过技术贸易渠道进行传导。制造业技术进步偏向性的直接效应主要体现在毗邻地区,以中间品贸易为主;而间接效应辐射范围较广,以技术贸易为主。

This paper constructs the spatial diffusion transmission mechanism of technological progress bias under the three channels of intermediate goods trade,technological trade,labor and capital flow,deduces the expression and change of technological progress bias under each channel,and summarizes the influencing factors of each transmission mechanism.In this paper,manufacturing industry is selected as the research object,and the spatial diffusion effects of technological progress bias in manufacturing industry under three channels are compared by using the spatial weight matrix model of proximity and geographical distance.The results show that there is a spatial correlation between the manufacturing technology progress biases of each province,and the spatial diffusion effect of manufacturing technology progress biases under the three transmission channels has been verified.Comparing the three channels,we find that the labor biased technological progress of manufacturing industry is mainly conducted through the intermediate goods trade,labor and capital flow,and the capital biased technological progress is mainly conducted through the technical trade channels.The direct effect of manufacturing technology progress bias is mainly reflected in the adjacent areas,mainly in the intermediate goods trade;while the indirect effect radiation range is wide,mainly in the technology trade.
