高铁建设促进制造业与生产性服务业协同集聚了吗? 被引量:5

Does the construction of high-speed rail promote the co-agglomeration of manufacturing and producer services industries?

摘要 中国高铁的快速发展正在重塑制造业与生产性服务业的空间布局。基于2006—2019年285个城市的面板数据,创新性地将社会网络分析方法(SNA)、多期双重差分模型(DID)和空间杜宾模型(SDM)相结合,实证检验高铁开通以及高铁网络对制造业与生产性服务业协同集聚的影响和空间溢出效应。研究发现,高铁开通有助于促进产业协同集聚,该结论在多种稳健性检验和工具变量讨论下依然成立。高铁开通对东中部地区、大中型城市、高端生产性服务业以及高铁站距离市中心30公里以内城市的产业协同集聚促进作用更为明显。高铁开通通过加快高素质劳动力流动、提升市场潜力对产业协同集聚产生积极影响。高铁线路的不断开通形成日益加密的高铁网络,高铁网络中拥有较高度数中心度和接近中心度的城市对“本地”和“邻地”产业协同集聚均会产生显著正向影响。研究为评价高铁经济效应提供了新视角和新证据,也为加快高铁建设从而促进制造业与生产性服务业协同集聚提供了政策启示。 The rapid development of China's high-speed rail is reshaping the spatial layout of manufacturing and producer services industries.Based on panel data for 285 cities from 2006 to 2019,this paper innovatively combines social network analysis(SNA),multi-period difference-in-differences model(DID)and spatial Durbin model(SDM)to empirically test the impact and spatial spillover effect of high-speed rail openings and high-speed rail networks on the collaborative agglomeration of manufacturing and producer services industries.The study finds that the opening of high-speed rail is conducive to promoting industrial collaborative agglomeration,and the conclusion is still valid under a variety of robustness tests and instrumental variable discussions.The opening of high-speed rail has a more obvious effect on industrial collaborative agglomeration in the eastern and central regions,large and medium-sized cities,high-end productive service industry and cities with high-speed rail stations within 30 kilometers of the city center.The opening of high-speed rail has a positive impact on industrial collaborative agglomeration by accelerating the flow of high-quality labor and enhancing market potential.The continuous opening of high-speed rail lines forms an increasingly dense high-speed rail network,and cities with a high degree centrality and closeness centrality in the high-speed rail network will have a significant positive effect on industrial collaborative agglomeration of“local”and“neighbor”.This study provides new perspectives and evidence for evaluating the economic effects of high-speed rail,and provides policy insights for accelerating the construction of high-speed rail to promoting the collaborative agglomeration of manufacturing and producer services industries.
