习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议中指出,做好思想政治工作有5个要求,其中一条就是"要运用新媒体新技术使工作活起来,推动思想政治工作传统优势同信息技术高度融合,增强时代感和吸引力。"互联网的不断创新,各类新兴媒介高速发展,高校思政工作已经进入了一个挑战与机遇并存的新时代。开展好新时代网络思想政治工作,应该要能够正确把握新媒体的发展状态,并且把新媒体技术与高校思想政治工作相结合,不断创新。文章从高校应该如何适应新媒体发展态势,提高大学生的媒介素养能力,对新媒体的实践操作能力,创新工作方法,运用新媒体技术,更好地开展思政工作。

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the National College Ideological and Political Work Conference that there are five requirements for doing a good job in ideological and political work,one of which is"to use new media and new technologies to make work alive,and promote the traditional advantages of ideological and political work with the height of information technology Integration,enhancing the sense of the times and attractiveness."With the continuous innovation of the Internet and the rapid development of various emerging media,the ideological and political work of colleges and universities has entered a new era where challenges and opportunities coexist.To carry out online ideological and political work in the new era,we should be able to correctly grasp the state of development of new media,and combine new media technology with ideological and political work in colleges and universities to continuously innovate.This article discusses how colleges and universities should adapt to the development trend of new media,improve college students'media literacy,their ability to practice new media,innovate working methods,and use new media technologies to better carry out ideological and political work.
