在"乡村振兴"战略背景下,如何深入推进农业供给侧改革,实现农村产业升级是当前的重要任务,"大国小农"的国情下,从长期来看,科技兴农将是带动农村经济发展的新的增长极,农业科技园的建设即是通过构建产学研一体化的合作平台,提高科研成果转化率,辐射带动农村经济向前发展,而农业科技园的建设规划应当根据区域特征来规划。

Under the background of“rural revitalization”strategy,how to deepen the reform of agricultural supply side and realize the upgrading of rural industry is an important task at present.Under the national conditions of“big country and small farmers”,in the long run,science and technology will promote the rural economy.The new growth pole of development,the construction of agricultural science and technology park is to build a cooperation platform for integration of industry,education and research,to improve the conversion rate of scientific research results,and to promote the development of rural economy,and the construction planning of agricultural science and technology park should be based on regional characteristics planning.
