基于PDCA的纺织企业安全生产管理研究

为解决纺织企业安全生产体系不完善、不健全的问题,参考PDCA模型在多个行业安全生产管理体系建立中的应用,从P(计划)、D(执行)、C(检查)、A(处理)四个环节研究纺织企业安全生产管理体系的建立。并考虑到当前政府、企业高度对安全生产的高度重视,企业应把握机会,直面现有生产体系的挑战,将纺织企业零碎的安全生产管理碎片系统化。通过PDCA循环中解决安全隐患,构建出可以落地实行的一套系统的纺织企业特有的安全生产管理体系。

In order to solve the problem of imperfect and imperfect safety production management system in textile enterprises,referring to the application of PDCA model in the establishment of safety production management mode in many industries,this paper studies the establishment of safety production management system in textile enterprises from the four links of P,D,C and a.Considering that the current government and enterprises attach great importance to safety production,we should seize the opportunity,face the challenge of the existing production system,and systematize the piecemeal safety production management of textile enterprises.In the PDCA cycle to solve the security risks,build a set of system that can be implemented in the textile enterprise unique safety production management system.
