摘要
为了解决不同井况下通道打不开及有落物井的有效报废问题,通过井内落物分析、挤注分析、地层连通性分析等技术手段,对其进行有效报废封堵分析。根据井下落物、地质条件及通道情况(通过挤注量判定)确定报废封堵方式,通过不同条件下报废封堵工艺研究,实现对打不开通道或通道丢失井的有效报废封堵治理,形成一套不同井况条件下的无通道及有落物井有效报废治理技术方法,包括利用原井管柱报废技术、利用原井眼挤注报废技术、无通道井异井眼报废技术,并配套形成相应的工艺流程标准。现场试验44口井,工艺成功率100%,单井平均施工周期7.78d,缩短该类井平均施工周期3.03d,提高了区块采收率,实现对该类井的有效治理。
In order to solve the effective abandonment problems that passage cannot be opened and junk wells under different well conditions,the effective abandoned plug analysis was carried out through technical methods,such as downhole junk analysis,squeezing analysis and formation connectivity analysis.According to the downhole junk,geological conditions,and passage conditions(determined by the squeezing injection volume),the abandoned plug method was determined.The abandoned plug technology under different conditions was studied,so as to achieve the effective abandoned plug treatment for wells that passage cannot be opened or passage has lost.A set of effective abandoned treatment technology methods for non-passage and junk wells was developed under different well conditions,including using original well string abandonment technology,using original wellbore squeezing abandonment technology and different wellbore abandonment technology for non-passage wells.The corresponding process workflow standards were formed.44 wells were tested on site,and the success rate of the process was 100%.The average operation period of a single well was 7.78 days,which shortened the average operation time of the same kind of wells by 3.03 days.The technology has improved the block recovery rate,and has achieved the effective treatment for the same kind of wells.
