一种适用于三元复合驱抽油机井防垢卡抽油泵的研制

摘要 针对大庆油田三元复合驱抽油机井结垢卡泵严重、检泵周期短的问题,开展了防垢卡抽油泵的研制。将柱塞与泵筒由传统“硬对硬”转变为“软对硬”接触模式,降低卡泵概率,上冲程依靠密封环的弹性形变实现密封,提高泵效;应用Fluent软件模拟柱塞流体域压力、速度、湍动能变化,优化密封环结构尺寸参数;通过室内实验优选密封环材质,提高密封环耐磨损、耐腐蚀、耐温性能,延长密封环使用寿命。现场三元复合驱井试验151口,与原井相比泵效提高5.8个百分点,检泵周期延长150d。三元复合驱抽油机井防垢卡抽油泵能够提高泵效,降低卡泵概率,延长检泵周期,为三元复合驱的规模应用提供了技术支撑。 Due to serious scaling and pump sticking problem as well as short pump inspection period in ASP flooding wells of Daqing Oilfield,the development of anti-scale sticking oil well pump has been carried out.The traditional“hard-to-hard”contact mode between plunger and pump barrel has been changed to“soft-to-hard”contact mode,which reduces the probability of pump sticking.The upper stroke depends on the elastic deformation of the sealing ring to achieve sealing function and improve pump efficiency.The Fluent software was used to simulate the pressure,velocity and turbulent kinetic energy in the fluid domain of plunger,and optimize the structure and size parameters of the sealing ring.Through the indoor experiment,the material of the sealing ring was optimized to improve its wear resistance,corrosion resistance,temperature resistance and prolong its service life.Field test of 151 ASP flooding wells showed that pump efficiency was increased by 5.8%and pump inspection period was prolonged by 150 days compared to the original well.The oil well pump with anti-scale sticking performance could improve pump efficiency,reduce the probability of pump sticking and prolong the period of pump inspection,which provides a technical support for the application of ASP flooding in large scale application.
