抽油泵脱接器检验方法初探

摘要 脱接器产品的性能检验工作在标准SY/T 5732—2011《抽油泵脱接器》被废止后无相关检验依据,且原标准的性能指标无法满足新产品的检验需求,为此开展抽油泵脱接器检验方法的研究。利用万能试验机和疲劳试验机对对接力、脱接力、轴向疲劳寿命等主要性能指标进行测试。分析近5年的试验数据,其中对接力、脱接力检验受位移速度影响大,在规定对接力、脱接力性能指标的同时,也应对试验过程中的位移速度有要求,原标准中轴向疲劳寿命的检验方法实际操作难度大,试验用高频疲劳试验机验证了50Hz以上的多组频率,研究分析提出了新的检验方法更具有操作性。通过对其检验方法的研究可以提高检验效率和数据的准确性,减少检验人员的劳动强度,改进的检验方法有利于相关标准的制修订工作,更好地规范行业市场。 There was no relevant inspection basis for the performance inspection of the disconnector after the standard SY/T 5732—2011 of oil pump disconnector being abolished,and the performance index of the original standard could not meet the inspection demand of the new product.So,the research on the inspection method of the oil pump disconnector has been carried out.The universal testing machine and fatigue testing machine were used to test the main performance indexes,such as butt force,detaching force and axial fatigue life.According to the analysis of the test data in the past 5 years,the displacement velocity has a great influence on the inspection of butt force and detaching force.While specifying the performance indexes of the butt force and the detaching force,it should also meet the requirements of the displacement speed in the test process.The inspection method for axial fatigue life in the original standard was difficult to operate in practice.The high frequency fatigue testing machine was used to verify the multiple sets of frequency above 50 Hz,and a new operative testing method was put forward.The study of inspection method has improved the test efficiency and the accuracy of the data,and reduced the labor intensity of the inspectors,which is beneficial to the formulation and revision of the relevant standards,so as to further regulate the industry market.
