摘要
为了解决喇嘛甸油田采油井补孔联作技术油管导压通道打开的问题,研制了双控抽油泵固定阀复位装置。该装置克服传统补孔联作技术的局限性,寻找油管内部导压方法。补孔打压前,利用装置中顶杆支撑抽油泵固定阀球;打压起爆后利用复位活塞和电路两部分结构控制顶杆自动回落;固定阀球坐封后,采油井可直接投产。该装置的研制通过了室内耐温、承压及抗外部冲击等性能检测。现场应用1口井,射孔枪全枪发射率为100%,补孔后成功生产运行,效果较好,实现了补孔下泵联作。双控抽油泵固定阀复位装置减少了采油井补孔施工工序,避免作业压井及井喷事故发生,缩短了施工周期,同时减少了地面污染。
In order to solve the problem of opening the pressure transmitting passage of the tubings by reperforating combined operation technology for production wells in Lamadian Oilfield,a reset device for fixed valve of dual-control oil well pump was developed.The device has overcome the limitation of the traditional reperforating combined technology and developed the pressure transmitting method in the tubings.Before reperforating operation with pressure,the ejector rod in the device is used to support the fixed valve in oil well pump.After pressurizing explosion,the ejector rod can fall back automatically by controlling the reset piston and electric structure,and the well can be put into production directly after the fixed valve is set.The device has passed the indoor performance tests such as temperature resistance,pressure bearing and external shocks.1 well was applied on-site,the whole firing rate of perforating gun was 100%.After reperforating,the well was put into operation successfully and achieved good results,realizing the technology of reperforating combined pumping.The reset device for fixed valve in dual-control oil well pump has reduced the reperforating operation procedure of production wells,avoided the accidents in well killing and blowout,shortened the operation period,and reduced the surface pollution.
