不同分子量聚合物驱油效果实验研究

摘要 分子量是影响聚合物驱油效果的关键因素之一,通过开展不同分子量聚合物溶液注入并联岩心驱油实验,分析不同分子量聚合物溶液对提高采收率和调驱效果的影响。结果表明,聚合物分子量越高,聚合物驱及后续水驱阶段的采收率提升幅度越大,越有利于提升最终采收率。针对非均质储层,较高分子量的聚合物溶液虽能在一定程度上提高最终采收率,但过高的注入压力以及向高渗透储层的分流趋势不利于提高非均质储层的整体动用程度。因此针对渗透率差异较大的储层有必要采取分质注入,在降低注入压力的同时,提高原油采收率。该研究对提高聚合物驱油效果具有重要意义。 Molecular weight is one of the key factors affecting the effect of polymer flooding.Through parallel core flooding experiment by polymer solution injection with different molecular weight,the impact of different molecular weight polymer solution on improving oil recovery and flooding effect was analyzed.The results showed that the higher the molecular weight of the polymer,the greater the recovery efficiency of polymer flooding and subsequent water flooding,and the more favorable to the final recovery.For heterogeneous reservoirs,the polymer solution with higher molecular weight can improve the final recovery to a certain extent,but excessive injection pressure and the diversion trend towards the high permeability reservoir are not conducive to improving the overall exploitation degree of the heterogeneous reservoir.Therefore,it is necessary to adopt polymer injection with different molecular weight for reservoirs with large difference of permeability,and it can not only reduce the injection pressure but also enhance the crude oil recovery.This research is of great significance for improving the effect of polymer flooding.
