Thoughts on building a domestic first-class&international well-known scientific research institute for oil production engineering

文章围绕建设国内一流、国际知名采油工程科研院所、发展采油工程系列技术的意义,明确了一流强院的内涵和核心支撑条件;运用SWOT方法进行分析,重点阐述了强院建设过程中存在的问题,以及面临的机遇和挑战;最后对强院建设提出了“科技创新、机构改革、人才工程、平台建设、党建引航”五方面的思路构想及对策措施。

In order to build the domestic first-class and international well-known scientific research institute for oil production engineering,and emphasize the significance of developing a series of oil production engineering technologies,this paper has put forward the connotation and key supporting conditions of the first-class institute.The SWOT method was used to analyze the problems,opportunities and challenges in the process of building the strong research institute.Finally the paper puts forward five ideas and countermeasures of“Scientific and technological innovation,institutional reform,talent project,platform construction and party building pilot”for building a strong research institute.
