双分支超短半径侧钻水平井挖潜剩余油技术应用

Application of dual-branch ultra-short radius sidetracking horizontal wells in remaining oil tapping technology

摘要 针对Y油田进入高含水开发后期,剩余油分布零散复杂,薄差油层、厚油层顶部和断层边部剩余油无法有效开采这一问题,开展了双分支超短半径侧钻水平井技术的研究。结合地下油层分布情况,利用X井的直井眼,建成了Y油田第一口双分支超短半径侧钻水平井。通过对井身结构、井眼轨道参数等进行优化设计,在施工过程中对钻具组合进一步优化,使井眼轨迹达到设计要求。措施前后对比,日产液量和日采油量分别是措施前的4.3倍和4.1倍,增油效果明显,实现了断层边部剩余油的有效开采。 Due to the fact that Y oilfield has entered the late stage development with high water cut,the distribution of remaining oil is scattered and complicated,and the remaining oil could not be effectively produced in thin and poor reservoir,the top of thick payzone as well as the edge of fault,the horizontal drilling technology with dual-branch ultra-short radius sidetracking horizontal wells has been studied.Combined with the distribution of oil reservoirs underground,the first sidetracking horizontal well with dual-branch ultra-short radius in Y Oilfield was drilled by using the vertical hole of Well X.Through the optimization design of well structure and wellbore trajectory parameters,the BHA was further optimized during the drilling process,so as to make the wellbore trajectory meet the requirements of design.The comparison before and after the measures showed that the daily liquid production and oil production were 4.3 times and 4.1 times respectively of that before taking measures with obvious effect of oil increase.It has realized the effective exploitation of remaining oil at the fault edge.
