应用同步辐射X射线衍射检测三元复合驱采出液碳酸钙微晶

Application of synchrotron radiation X-ray diffraction to detect calcium carbonate microcrystal in produced fluid of ASP flooding

摘要 三元复合驱机采井结垢速度快,易导致机采井结垢卡泵、检泵周期缩短。以往采用现场取样测定垢质成分,通过采出液中易成垢离子质量浓度及p H值变化等确定结垢趋势及加药时机,对于采出液中是否存在垢微晶、微晶的成分及变化还未有研究。针对这一问题,采用同步辐射X射线衍射手段,对三元复合驱8口井采出液进行了微晶成分检测,并检测了一个月后微晶的变化情况。实验结果表明,同步辐射X射线衍射能够快捷确定采出液中存在碳酸钙微晶,未加药井、加药井、结垢井、未结垢井、结垢高峰期井、过结垢期井的微晶粒径大小确有不同显现,且随着时间延长呈现不同的变化趋势。实验结果可为三元复合驱清防垢措施研究提供数据支持。 The scaling speed of the pimping wells by ASP flooding is fast,resulting in scaling to cause the pump stuck and to shorten the pump inspection cycle.In the past,on-site sampling was used to determine the scale composition,and the scaling tendency and the time of adding chemicals were determined by the mass concentration of the scale ions and the change of pH value in the produced liquid.There was no research on the existence of scale microcrystal in the produced fluid,and the composition and variation of the microcrystal have not been studied.In order to solve this problem,the composition of microcrystal in the produced fluids from eight wells by ASP flooding was detected by synchrotron radiation X-ray diffraction,and the change of microcrystal after one month was measured.The experimental results showed that synchrotron radiation X-ray diffraction could quickly determine the existence of calcium carbonate microcrystal in the produced liquid.The size of microcrystal in the wells with no chemical addition,chemical addition,scaling,non-scaling,scaling peak and over-scaling period were different,and showed different changing trends with time.The experimental results can provide data support for the research of scale removal and prevention measures of ASP flooding.
