大庆油田致密油水平井固井技术与认识

Cementing technology of horizontal well and understandings of tight reservior in Daqing Oilfield

摘要 大庆油田外围以泉头组扶余油层为代表的致密油藏,具有储层物性差、单层厚度薄的特点。为满足效益开发的需要,开发井水平段长度不断延伸,目前均达到1200m以上,对固井质量、井筒完整性方面提出了较高要求。生产中面临着套管安全下入难度大、固井质量控制难度大等潜在问题。针对这些问题,通过采用工具+工艺综合优化的思路,合理设计固井技术措施,采用旋转自导性引鞋、漂浮下套管技术,开展扶正器、前置液、水泥浆优化设计,在实践中总结并形成了一套适合大庆油田致密油藏水平井的配套固井技术,现场应用取得良好效果,有力保障了大庆油田致密油资源的高效开发。 The tight reservoirs of Daqing Oilfield,represented by Fuyu layer of Quantou formation,have the characteristics of poor physical property and thin thickness of single layer.In order to meet the need of beneficial development,the length of horizontal section in development wells was continuously extended to more than 1200 m at present.Higher requirements for cementing quality and well integrity have been put forward.There are many potential problems during the production,such as difficulty in safe casing running and difficulty in cementing quality etc.In order to solve these problems,several measures were taken by adopting the idea of optimized tool and reasonable design in cementing techniques,including rotary self-guide casing shoe,floating casing running technology,optimal design of centralizer,preflush fluid and cement slurry,i.e.a complete set of cementing techniques suitable for horizontal wells in tight reservoirs has been summarized and formed in practice,which achieved good results in field application,so as to ensure the efficient development of tight oil resources in Daqing Oilfield.
