老油田效益开发对酸化技术的挑战与对策

Challenges and countermeasures to acidizing technology with benefit development in old oilfields

摘要 酸化是改善油层注入能力的重要手段,大庆油田年酸化井数约为2000口,提高酸化技术水平是老油田降本增效的重点工作之一。对大庆油田酸化技术存在问题进行了分析,一是酸液配方组分多、配制工序复杂、安全环保风险大;二是受施工工艺限制,酸化效果、效益无法达到理想的目标;三是人工对酸化效果进行定期跟踪分析,工作量大、时效性差。针对上述问题,提出了攻关酸液体系固化技术、研发配制注入一体化工艺、建立酸化数智化信息平台等对策,为大庆油田及其他高含水老油田的效益开发提供参考。 Acidizing is an important means to improve the injection capacity in oil reservoir.The annual number of acidizing wells in Daqing Oilfield is about 2000.Improving the acidizing technology is one of the key tasks to reduce cost and increase efficiency in old oilfields.The paper analyzes the existing problems of acidizing technology in Daqing Oilfield.First,the acid solution has many components,with complicated preparation procedures and high safety and environmental protection risks.Second,due to the limitation of technology process,the acidizing effect and benefit couldn’t reach the ideal goal.Third,the acidizing effect is regularly tracked and analyzed manually with heavy workload and poor timeliness.In order to solve the problems mentioned above,some countermeasures,such as developing the acid system solidification technology,researching the integrated process of preparation and injection,and establishing the digital intelligent information platform for acidizing technology,were put forward to provide reference for the beneficial development in Daqing and other high water-cut old oilfields.
