螺杆扰流增效工具的研制与应用

摘要 小泵径螺杆泵井在生产过程中,存在转速调高沉没度不下降、举升能力不足的情况。为进一步提高举升能力,研制了螺杆扰流增效工具。通过Solid Works软件对螺杆扰流增效工具建模,并运用流体模拟软件Fluent对螺杆扰流增效工具开展井下工况下流场和性能的研究,模拟不同结构参数、间隙、导程下,螺杆扰流增效工具压力及速度分布规律及对扭矩、效率、功率的影响,将研究的结果与设计理论相结合,确定了螺杆扰流增效工具的结构参数与尺寸。现场试验3口螺杆泵采油井,泵效与产液量均有提高,产液量平均增加15%,泵效平均增加16%,平均沉没度下降166.7m。研制的螺杆扰流增效工具能够增加小泵径螺杆泵的举升能力。 During the production of small diameter screw-pump wells,there were some problems that the submergence did not drop when the rotational speed was increased,and the lifting capacity was also insufficient.In order to further improve the lifting capacity,a screw turbulence efficiency increase tool was developed.The screw turbulence efficiency increase tool is modeled by Solid Works software,and the flow field and performance of the screw turbulence efficiency increase tool under downhole conditions are studied by using the fluid simulation software Fluent,and the effect of pressure and velocity distribution law of the screw turbulence efficiency increase tool on torque,efficiency and power was simulated as well.Combined the research results with the design theory,the structural parameters and dimensions of the screw turbulence efficiency increase tool were determined.Three screw pump production wells were tested in the field,and both pump efficiency and liquid production were improved.Liquid production increased by 15%,and pump efficiency increased by 16%on average,and the average submergence decreased by 166.7 m.The developed screw turbulence efficiency increase tool can increase the lifting capacity of the small-diameter screw pump.
