浅层热采水平井固井施工难点分析

Analysis of difficulties in well cementing for shallow thermal production horizontal wells

摘要 为提高大庆西斜坡区储量动用程度,完善注蒸汽开发井网,增加采油井热采产能,开展了浅层热采水平井固井技术研究。根据实验分析,给出筛管缝网设计方法,对完井管柱进行了优化设计,提出套管顺利下入井底的措施。通过室内实验优选出热采井适合的水泥浆配方,逐步形成了一套综合的浅层热采水平井固井技术。现场已完钻55口,利用热采井固井技术措施,固井质量合格率为100%,取得了较好的应用效果。该技术对今后浅层稠油水平井的完井技术具有指导意义。 In order to increase the reserve production degree in the west slope area of Daqing Oilfield,improve the development well pattern with steam injection and increase the thermal production capacity in oil production wells,the research on well cementing technology for shallow thermal-production horizontal wells was carried out.According to the experimental analysis,the design method of screen pipe fracture network was given,the completion string was optimized,and the measures of casing running smoothly into the bottom of the hole were put forward.Through laboratory experiments,the appropriate cement slurry formula for thermal production wells was optimized,and a set of comprehensive cementing technology for shallow thermal production horizontal wells was gradually formed.55 wells have been drilled on site,the qualified rate of cementing quality reached 100%after applying the well cementing technology in thermal production wells,with good application results.This technology has guiding significance for the completion technology in shallow horizontal wells for heavy oil production in the future.
