摘要
为了提高外围葡萄花油田储量动用程度,针对油层跨度小、隔层薄及配注量低等特点,完善了细分配套工艺技术。在精细油藏描述的基础上,从细分、提高投捞成功率、提高测试精度3个方面开展现场试验。应用双组胶筒和长胶筒封隔器,解决了小隔层细分的问题;应用正、反导向配水器交替配置,解决了多级小卡距细分的问题;应用集流式流量计,解决了测试精度低的问题。优选两个区块现场试验井44口,实现了0.4m隔层及2m卡距的细分,达到分得开、捞得出、测得准的目的。细分后,提高了储量动用程度,控制了含水上升率和自然递减率,达到了精细油田开发的目的,为推广应用奠定了基础。
In order to increase the production degree of reserves in the peripheral Putaohua Oilfield,the subdivision matching technology has been improved in view of the characteristics of small payzone span,thin interlayer and low injection rate.On the basis of fine reservoir description,field tests were carried out in three aspects,including subdivision,improvements of fishing success rate and test accuracy.The use of packers with dual packing element and long rubber barrel has solved the problem of subdivision with small interbed.The alternate configuration of positive and negative guiding water distributors has solved the problem of multi-stage subdivision with small packing distance.The application of the collecting type flow meter has solved the problem of low test accuracy.The field test in 44 wells was conducted in the two optimal blocks to realize the subdivision with 0.4m interbed and 2m packing distance,so as to achieve the purpose of separation,fishing and accurate measurement.After subdivision,the production degree of reserves was increased,the rate of water cut rise and natural decline rate were controlled to achieve the goal of fine oilfield development,laying a foundation for the popularization and application.
