基于工艺优化的海拉尔油田压裂提质增效技术对策 被引量:1

Technical countermeasures for improving quality and efficiency of fracturing based on process optimization in Hailar Oilfield

摘要 针对海拉尔油田措施选井难度逐步变大、增油效果逐年变差、措施改造强度增大、施工成本居高不下的问题,提出了海拉尔油田压裂提质增效的技术对策。结合井网井距优化裂缝穿透比,根据储层物性、注水状况等地质因素,选择应用清水小缝网、多裂缝、短宽缝等工艺;通过室内实验及现场应用,明确该油田对人工裂缝的导流能力需求,优选支撑剂类型,强化现场技术管理,保证施工质量。实施后,共降低成本966万元,单井初期日增油量为3.5t,增油强度提高58.3%,预计最终投入产出比达1∶2.7。该技术工艺紧密结合储层地质特点,能有效实现压裂提质增效的目的。 In order to solve the problems such as the increasing difficulty in well selection by measures,the worsened oil increase effect year by year,the increasing stimulation intensity,and the high operation cost in Hailar Oilfield,the technical countermeasures for improving quality and efficiency of fracturing in Hailar Oilfield were proposed.Combined well pattern with well spacing,the fracture penetration ratio can be optimized.The technologies such as small fracture network by clean water flooding,multiple fractures,as well as short and wide fractures etc.had been applied on the basis of geological factors as reservoir physical properties and water injection conditions.Through indoor experiments and field application,the conductivity requirements for artificial fractures in Hailar Oilfield were clarified;proppant types were optimized;technical management at site was strengthened;and operation quality was ensured.After implementation of new technology,a total cost of 9.66 million yuan was reduced;the initial daily oil increase of a single well was 3.5 t;the oil increase intensity increased by 58.3%;and the final input-output ratio will be expected to reach 1∶2.7.The technology is closely combined with geological characteristics of the reservoir,which can effectively achieve the purpose of improving fracturing quality and efficiency.
