摘要
针对苏丹1/2/4区采油井多层合采、出水层位不明、大尺寸套管井、采油井漏失严重等难点,开展了该区潜油电泵井机械找堵水技术研究。通过对苏丹1/2/4区机械找堵水工艺难点的分析,研制了适用于该区的机械找堵水工艺管柱,并研制了配套的大尺寸封隔器,采用防漏失压电开关进行分层控制,以实现大尺寸套管有效封隔、精准找水、生产层段动态调整。现场应用表明,B01井日产油量上升,含水率下降,层间干扰减小,取得明显的降水增油效果。该技术有效解决了高含水电泵井找水、堵水问题,为国外同类高含水电泵井的高效持续开发提供了技术支持。
In order to overcome the difficulties of multi-layer commingled production,unknown water producing layers,large-size casing wells and serious leakage of oil production wells in 1/2/4 area of Sudan,the research on mechanical water detection and shutoff technology for ESP wells in this area has been conducted.Through the analysis of the difficulties of mechanical water detection and shutoff technologies in the 1/2/4 area of Sudan,the mechanical water detection and shutoff pipe string suitable for this area have been developed and the matching large-size packer has been studied.Leakage-proof piezoelectric switch was used for separate layer control to realize the effective sealing in large-size casing,accurate water detection and dynamic adjustment of production layer.Field application showed that the daily oil production of the well B01 increased,the water cut dropped and the interlayer interference decreased,with the obvious effect of water reduction and oil increase.The technology effectively solves the problems of water detection and shutoff in high water cut pump wells,which provides technical support for the efficient and sustainable development of similar high water cut ESP wells abroad.
