油井热洗参数的优化

Optimization of hot washing parameters in oil production wells

摘要 为了提高采油井热洗质量,减少喇嘛甸油田每年因蜡直接卡泵或间接偏磨导致的检泵井,开展了采油井热洗参数优化研究。根据结蜡点温度应高于熔蜡温度的基本理论,利用析蜡温度实验和井筒温度梯度测试找到结蜡点;根据熔蜡试验和洗井温度测试得到熔蜡温度,以及在不同排量、温度、时间条件下洗井时井筒各点温度的变化规律,依据该变化规律确定达到熔蜡温度需要的洗井参数。应用该方法优化洗井参数952井次,免洗周期平均延长8天,减少洗井时间0.5h。根据试验结果可知,洗井后电流全部下降到标准电流,同时延长了洗井周期,减少了洗井时间,说明该方法能够在确保洗井效果的同时降低能耗,为油田的洗井工作提供了理论支持。 With the purpose to improve the hot washing quality of oil production wells and reduce the annual pump inspection times caused by direct pump sticking or indirect eccentric wear due to the wax deposition in Lamadian Oilfield,the optimization of hot washing parameters in oil production wells is carried out.According to the basic theory that the temperature of wax deposition point shall be higher than that of wax melting,wax precipitation temperature experiment and wellbore temperature gradient test are made to find the wax deposition point.According to the wax melting test and well washing temperature test,the wax melting temperature and the variation law of the temperature at each point of the wellbore are obtained under conditions of different displacement,temperature and time.The well washing parameters required to reach the wax melting temperature are determined in view of the change law.By this method,952 well times of well washing parameters are optimized.The average washing free period is extended by 8 days and the washing time is reduced by 0.5 h.The test results show that the current drops to the standard current after well washing.The well washing cycle is prolonged and the time of well washing is reduced.The method can not only assure the effect of well washing but also reduce the energy consumption,which provides theoretical support for well washing operation in oilfield.
