聚合物驱及三元复合驱恒流配注技术研究与应用

Research and application of constant flow-rate injection technology by polymer flooding and ASP flooding

摘要 针对大庆油田聚合物驱及三元复合驱分注井测试合格率下降速度快、测试周期短、测试数据点状分布不连续、无法保证注入量精准控制等问题,开展了聚合物驱及三元复合驱恒流配注技术的研究。借鉴水驱恒流配注技术的工艺原理,研制了适用于聚合物驱及三元复合驱的恒流堵塞器,并通过室内实验及现场先导性试验,建立了压差—输出流量、压差—黏损关系曲线,验证了聚合物驱及三元复合驱恒流配注技术的可行性。10口井现场试验结果表明:该技术实现了输出流量在24~29m^(3)/d之间的恒流配注,输出流量误差保持在±20%以内,有效工作时间为8个月。该技术的研究为大庆油田三次采油技术提质提效、实现精准注入提供了技术支撑。 In order to solve the problems occurred in polymer flooding and ASP flooding separate injection wells in Daqing Oilfield,including fast decline of testing qualification rate,short test cycle,discontinuous point distribution of test data,and failure to ensure accurate control of injection volume etc.,the constant flow-rate injection technology by polymer flooding and ASP flooding has been conducted.According to the principle of constant flowrate injection technology by water flooding,the constant flow-rate plug suitable for polymer flooding and ASP flooding was developed;two curves,i.e.the relationship curves of differential pressure with output flow,the differential pressure with viscosity loss by means of indoor test and field pilot test were established;and the feasibility of constant flow-rate injection technology by polymer flooding and ASP flooding was also verified.The field test results of 10 wells showed that the constant flow-rate injection with the output flow of 24~29 m^(3)/d was realized,the output flow error kept within±20%,and the effective working period was 8 months.The research of the technology provides technical support for improving the quality and efficiency of tertiary oil recovery and realizing precise injection in Daqing Oilfield.
