注入井作业拔管柱助力装置结构设计与应用

Structural design and application of string pulling-aided device for injection well operation

摘要 为进一步提高注入井常规小修作业时拔管柱的成功率与安全性,减少解卡处理的费用,研究了注入井作业拔管柱助力装置。针对注入井作业易出现管柱拔不动的难题,采用固定外套、外层提管及内层提管3层套管与增力齿轮联动的结构方式,将3层套管分别与井口法兰面、作业机起重钩及井下管柱连接,通过作业机吊卡带动井下管柱的上行,并利用能量守恒理论,通过增大外层提管的行程换取上提力的增大。截至2019年5月,注入井作业拔管柱助力装置已应用17井次,拔管柱成功率为100%。通过理论研究与试验应用,注入井作业拔管柱助力装置可为注入井常规作业顺利实施提供技术保障。 In order to further improve the success rate and safety of string pulling during the routine minor workoveroperation of injection well and reduce the cost of stuck releasing, this paper studies the string pulling-aided devicefor injection wells operation.In view of the difficulty that the string is hard to be pulled out in injection welloperation, the structure of linkage between three layers of casing(fixed outer casing, outer lift casing and inner liftcasing) and booster gear is adopted.The three layers of casing are connected with wellhead flange surface, liftinghook and downhole strings respectively.The downhole strings are lifted upward by the elevator of workover rig, andthe lifting force can be enhanced by increasing the stroke of outer lift casing based on the theory of energyconservation.By May of 2019, the string pulling-aided device for injection well operation has been applied for 17 times, with the success rate of string pulling up to 100%.The string pulling-aided device for injection well operationprovides technical support for the successful routine operation through the theoretical research and experimentalapplication.
