摘要
为提高注水井测试效率,对因沉砂、硬垢等异物导致测试遇阻情况进行初步处理,开展了直读式清砂除垢器的研究与应用。将机械旋转式清砂除垢和电缆控制技术结合,通过控制计算机发送指令控制除垢支撑臂对桥式偏心配水器偏心孔及中心通道进行清砂除垢作业,并实时反馈井下动态数据至地面。该除垢器适用于常规注水井井下管柱,现场应用24井次,解堵成功率达到83%。现场应用结果表明该除垢器降低了问题井作业井次,同时规避了作业带来的安全和环保隐患。
In order to improve the test efficiency of injectors,the test resistance accident due to the blockage in thewellbore caused by sand deposit and hard scale is preliminarily handled.Therefore,the research and application of direct reading sand cleaning and scale remover were carried out.Through combining mechanical rotary sandcleaning and scale removal with cable control technology,the control computer sends instructions to control thedescaling support arm to carry out sand cleaning and scale removal operation in the eccentric hole and centralpassage of the bridge eccentric water distributor,and the downhole dynamic data are fed back to the ground in realtime.The scale remover is suitable for the downhole string of conventional injectors,and the technology has beenapplied to 24 well times in the field application with the plugging removal success rate reaching 83%.The fieldapplication results show that the scale remover can reduce the operation times of problem wells and avoid the hiddendangers of safety and environmental protection during the operation.
