摘要
针对目前常规采油井坐压多段压裂工艺管柱受球座级差限制,不能满足进一步精细多段压裂需求,且压裂后需要再次下入生产管柱的问题,探讨研究了非接触电控无限级压裂配产一体化工艺。该工艺采用电缆直接连接到地面控制系统,携带滑套控制器开启和关闭各级滑套实现分段压裂,且滑套无级差,压裂后工艺管柱可作为后期生产管柱,随时进行调层配产,进一步减缓压裂措施井产量递减。该工艺的研发将实现采油井全通径无限级压裂、配产一体化,有利于推动井下压裂工具向智能化方向的发展,最大限度地提高相关区块的开发效益。
In view of the problems that the multi-stage fracturing technology without moving string in oil production wells are limited by the gradient difference of ball seat which could not satisfy the requirement of fine multi-stage fracturing,and the production string has to be run into the wellbore again after fracturing,therefore,the infinite stage fracturing&production integrated technology by non-contact electric control was discussed and studied.In the technology,cables are directly connected to the ground control system,and the sliding sleeve controllers are carried to open and close the sliding sleeves at all levels to realize separate layer fracturing.Furthermore,there is no gradient difference in the sliding sleeves,so the technology pipe string after fracturing could be used as the later production string for adjusting layers and production at any time to further slow down the production decline of fractured wells.With the development of the new technology,the integration of full-bore infinite stage fracturing&production in producers will be fulfilled,which is favorable to promote the intellectualization of downhole fracturing tools and maximize economic profits of relevant blocks.
