摘要
在低油价环境下,针对不返排压裂液配方成本高、限制技术规模化应用的问题,开展了低成本不返排压裂液研制。通过配制压裂液,并参照实验标准,对增黏促进剂CYY-M的用量、压裂液的耐温性能、耐剪切性能、动态黏弹性、悬砂性能及破胶性能进行了评价。结果表明, 1.6%VES-Gemini+1%NH4Cl+0.6%CYY-M复配得到的不返排压裂液体系在90℃、 170s-1剪切120min时黏度仍保持在50mPa·s左右,各性能良好;该不返排压裂液现场应用了66口井,最高砂比为42%,施工成功率为100%,减少返排、拉运处理液1.2×104m3,实现了低成本下的增产增注。低成本不返排压裂液有效缓解了外围油田压裂液返排回收处理压力,为油田"绿色生产、环保压裂"提供技术支撑。
In the environment of low oil price, the high cost of non-flowback fracturing fluids has restricted thelarge-scale application of technology, therefore, the research and development of low cost non-flowback fracturingfluid was conducted.By preparing the fracturing fluid and referring to the experimental standard, the dosage of theviscosity accelerator CYY-M, and the temperature resistance performance, shear resistance performance, dynamicviscoelasticity, proppant suspension performance and gel breaking performance of the fracturing fluid wereevaluated.The results showed that the viscosity of the non-flowback fracturing fluid system, which was made from1.6%VES-Gemini+1%NH4Cl+0.6%CYY-M, kept about 50 m Pa·s at 90 ℃ and 170 s-1 shear for 120 min withgood performance in all aspects.The non-flowback fracturing fluid was applied to 66 wells in the field application,with the highest sand ratio being 42% and the operation success rate being 100%.The fluid involved in flowback,transportation and disposal was reduced by 1.2×104 m3, which realized the production & injection enhancement atlow cost.The low cost non-flowback fracturing fluid can effectively relieve the pressure of fracturing fluid flowbackand recovery treatment in peripheral oilfields and provide technical support for the " Green Production andEnvironmentally-Friendly Fracturing" of oilfields.
