能源转型下大庆油田天然气发展的机遇与挑战

Opportunities and challenges for natural gas development in DaqaingOilfield under energy transformation

针对大庆油田天然气发展中面临的能源结构调整、大气污染治理及自身现有优势等机遇,以及供给不平衡、价格低迷和大庆油田自身技术装备制约的现状,开展了有关大庆油田天然气发展的机遇与挑战分析研究。根据"十三五"期间我国能源转型的趋势和特点、国家能源生产和消费战略、规划的要求,以及基于大庆油田自身特点,采用类比、分析、规划等方法开展研究,取得了系列分析成果,且从战略规划、探勘开发、技术创新及环保责任等方面提出了切实可行的发展建议。对大庆油田天然气发展的机遇与挑战的研究能够促进其天然气业务健康、有序、可持续发展。

Analytical studies with regard to opportunities and challenges for natural gas development in Daqing Oilfield were carried out in view of the opportunities of energy structure adjustment,air pollution control and its existing advantages encountered in the natural gas development of Daqing Oilfield,as well as the current situation of unbalanced supply,low price and restriction of Daqing Oilfield′s own technical equipment.Studies were conducted by means of analogy,analysis and planning,and a series of analytical results were obtained in accordance with the tendency and characteristics of energy transformation as well as requirements of national energy production and consumption strategies and plans in China in the period of“the thirteenth five-year plan”and on the basis of features owned by Daqing Oilfield itself.In addition,practicable suggestions of development were proposed in terms of strategic planning,exploration and development,technological innovation as well as responsibilities of environmental protection,etc.The research on opportunities and challenges for natural gas development in Daqing Oilfield can promote the healthy,orderly and sustainable development of its natural gas businesses.
