Study on downhole throttling technology in Xushen gas field

摘要 为解决徐深气田在开采过程中普遍存在地层压力高、产量较低及稳产能力差的问题,开展了徐深气田井下节流工艺方面的研究。基于徐深气田中基性火山岩气藏产水气井特点,通过节流工艺参数设计、创新井下节流器结构、优化井下节流器尺寸参数,形成了中基性火山岩气藏产水气井节流参数优化设计方法,研制出防腐耐高温预置工作筒式节流器和防腐耐高温油管任意位置节流器。两种井下节流器在压力35MPa、温度150℃的条件下,坐封、承压、解封实验的各项动作均顺利完成。现场试验7口气井,成功率100%,有效期均在1年以上,实现了可采储量的有效动用。该工艺研究为徐深气田经济、有效开发提供了技术手段。 In order to solve the common problems of high formation pressure,low production and poor stable production capability in the exploitation of Xushen gas field,the downhole throttling technology in Xushen gas field has been carried out.Based on characteristics of water-yielding gas wells in intermediate basic volcanic gas reservoirs in Xushen gas field,the optimization design method for the throttling parameters of water-yielding gas wells in intermediate basic volcanic gas reservoirs was formed,and the anticorrosive and high-temperature resistant preset mandrel-type choke and choke at any position of tubing were developed through the design of throttling technological parameters,the innovation of downhole choke structure as well as the optimization of dimensional parameters of downhole choke.All actions of two types of downhole chokes in setting,pressure bearing and unsetting tests under the pressure of 35MPa at 150℃were completed successfully.Field tests were carried out in 7 gas wells with a success rate of 100%and a period of validity of over 1 year,which realized the effective exploitation of recoverable reserves.The technology provides technical means for the economical and effective development of Xushen gas field.
