新型导流叶片式旋流器流场分析

摘要 常规旋流器因体积较大,占用空间较多,不适合作为预分离装置应用于小尺寸套管的井下油水分离系统,因此开展新型导流叶片式旋流器的研究。运用计算流体动力学软件(CFD)对新型导流叶片式旋流器进行数值模拟,研究其速度、压力及油相分布的特点,并与常规旋流器进行对比。通过研究可知,新型导流叶片式旋流器的速度、压力分布同常规旋流器流场分布相似,呈对称分布;其油相分离效率可以达到98%以上,高于常规旋流器92%的油相分离效率。新型导流叶片式旋流器作为预分离旋流器应用于井下时,可有效减少地面采出液的含水率及采出液体积,降低地面污水处理量与回注压力,减轻了油田的经济、环保压力。 The conventional hydrocyclone is not suitable for being used as a pre-separator in the downhole oil-water separation system with the small size casings due to its big volume and large space occupation.Therefore,research on new type of guide vane-type hydrocyclone is carried out.The software of computational fluid dynamics(CFD)is used for the numerical simulation of new type of guide vane-type hydrocyclone in order to research its characteristics of velocity,pressure and oil phase distribution,and then to compare them with those of conventional hydrocyclone.The results show that the velocity and the pressure distribution of new type of guide vane-type hydrocyclone are similar to those of conventional hydrocyclone with the symmetric distribution.The separation efficiency at oil phase of the hydrocyclone can reach more than 98%,which is higher than 92% of the conventional hydrocyclone.When the new type of guide vane-type hydrocyclone is used as the pre-separator in the downhole,it can effectively reduce the water content and volume of produced liquid on the surface,reduce the volume of surface sewage treatment and reinjection pressure,and thus relieve the pressure of economy and environmental protection in the oilfield.
