摘要
注水井验封工作是油田有效实施分注的一项重要验证手段,为了解决大庆油田常规验封工艺需反复下井验证、效率低、测试资料不直观等问题,开展了分层注水井封隔器电动验封技术的研究与应用。使用电缆连接井下电动验封仪,当井下电动验封仪下井后,地面测试人员可通过软件控制该仪器在井下进行验封动作及压力的监测,更加直观地了解封隔器密封情况;同时,该仪器具有磁定位功能和流量检测功能,为更加精准地判断仪器井下位置及密封状况提供了参考依据。在现场应用20井次,平均单井验封时间为0.5天,应用取得了较好效果。该技术提高了验封效率,降低了劳动力和生产成本,为油田"注好水、注够水"提供了技术保障。
Seal test work for packers in water injection wells is an important verification method for implementation of separate layer injection in oilfields.Research and application of electric seal test technology for packers in separate layer water injection wells have been conducted in order to solve problems that the conventional seal test technology in Daqing Oilfield needs repeated downhole tripping verification with low efficiency,test data are not intuitive and so on.Using a cable to connect the downhole electric seal tester,surface testing personnel can control the instrument to conduct seal verification and pressure monitoring through the software after running the downhole tester into a well,which has a more intuitive understanding of sealing situations of packers to ensure the accuracy of seal test.Meanwhile,the instrument has the function of magnetic position and flow detection,which provides the reference for more accurate judgment of downhole position and sealing condition of instrument.The technology has been applied for 20 well times,and the average seal test time is 0.5 d.Favorable effects have been achieved in the field application.This technology increased the efficiency of seal test,reduced labor force and production cost,provided technical guarantee for "proper and sufficient water injection" in the oilfield.
