摘要
针对蒙古国塔21区块实施调整井以来,出现钻井施工难度增加及风险增大等情况,开展了钻井设计优化技术研究。通过分析表层套管下深、压力系数、钻关和降压等现场施工问题,应用Landmark软件预先计算,对待钻井进行优化设计。通过优选钻具组合,以及合理利用复合钻进等方案、措施,优质、高效地完成了塔木察格盆地塔21区块N-1井的钻井设计及施工;使平均机械钻速达25.89m/h,井身质量、固井质量合格。从而进一步加强了蒙古国塔21区块钻井设计的指导性、科学性和针对性,为安全、高效钻井提供了可靠的技术保障。
To deal with the increase of drilling difficulty,high risks and other problems since the implementation of adjustment wells in block Ta 21 of Mongolia,the research of drilling design optimization technology has been carried out.Through analyzing some field operation problems such as running depth of surface casing,pressure coefficient,drilled well capping&pressure reduction and so on,the pre-calculation by Landmark software is used to make drilling optimization design.Drilling design and operation of well N-1 in block Ta 21 of Tamchag basin had been effectively completed with high quality and efficiency through optimizing drilling tools combination and rational utilization of composite drilling schemes and other measures.The average mechanical drilling speed reached 25.89 m/h,and the qualities of well bore and cementing are qualified.It has further strengthened the guidance,scientificity and direction of drilling design for block Ta 21 in Mongolia,and provides reliable technical guarantee for safe and efficient drilling.
