摘要
针对螺杆泵井抽油杆、油管偏磨严重的问题,开展了内涂层耐磨油管在螺杆泵井的研究与应用。研制了由人造金刚砂、环氧树脂、石墨复合材料合理配比的内涂层材料,并通过内涂层处理技术形成了适用于螺杆泵井的高性能、低成本耐磨油管。应用结果表明:内涂层耐磨油管的耐磨损性能为N80管材的14.6倍,内涂层材料通过喷涂的方法在油管内表面所形成的固体润滑膜,在摩擦过程中,能够更好地起到减小摩擦系数和磨损的作用。螺杆泵井应用内涂层耐磨油管后,可有效地减小油管与抽油杆磨损量,延长抽油杆、油管的综合使用寿命及检泵周期,因抽油杆、油管偏磨严重导致的检泵周期至少可提高一倍以上,经济效益显著,应用前景广阔。
In order to solve the problems of serious eccentric wear between sucker rod and tubing in screw pump wells,the research and application of inner coated wear-resistant tubing in screw pump wells have been carried out.The inner coating material made from the reasonable ratio of synthetic diamond,epoxy resin and graphite composite has been developed,and the wear-resistant tubing with high performance and low cost for screw pump wells has been formed by the inner coating treatment technology.The application results showed that the wear resistance of the inner coated tubing was 14.6 times that of N80 tubing,and the inner coating material was sprayed on the inner surface of tubing to form solid lubrication film,by which the friction coefficient and wear could be reduced in the process of friction.The application of wear-resistant inner coated tubing in screw pump wells can effectively reduce the wear between tubing and sucker rod,prolong the comprehensive service life and pump inspection cycle at least twice as well as the period by the serious eccentric wear between sucker rod and tubing in the past,which has remarkable economic benefits and broad application prospects.
