黏度保留率对三元复合溶液实验结果影响分析

Comparative analysis of influence of viscosity retention rate in strong or weak base ASP solution on oil flooding effect and injection pressure

摘要 为了研究溶液黏度保留率变化对弱碱ASP溶液的驱油效果及注入压力影响,开展了强碱和弱碱ASP溶液黏度保留率对驱油效果及注入压力影响的对比分析。通过室内岩心驱替实验,对比分析了强碱和弱碱ASP溶液在不同溶液黏度时的剪切程度、不同渗透率人造岩心的驱油效果及对注入压力的影响。结果表明:随着黏度保留率的减小,弱碱ASP溶液驱油效果和最高注入压力都随之下降,但一直高于强碱ASP溶液;当黏度保留率在65%及以上时,强碱和弱碱ASP溶液应用于中、高渗透率岩心的驱油效果及最高注入压力基本相同。该实验结果为分质工艺在弱碱ASP溶液驱油的应用提供了理论指导。 In order to study the influence of the change of solution viscosity retention rate on oil flooding effect and injection pressure of weak base ASP solution,comparative analysis of influence of viscosity retention rate in strong or weak base ASP solution on oil flooding effect and injection pressure has been carried out.The shear strength of strong or weak base ASP solution at various solution viscosity,the oil flooding effect of artificial cores with different permeability and injection pressure were compared and analyzed through core flooding tests in laboratory.The results show that with the decrease of viscosity retention rate,the oil flooding effect and maximum injection pressure of weak base ASP solution are declined,but they are always higher than those of strong base ASP solution.When the viscosity retention rate is above 65%,the oil flooding effect in cores with the middle or high permeability and maximum injection pressure for strong or weak ASP solution are basically same.The experimental results provide the theoretical guidance for the application of quality separation technology in weak base ASP solution flooding.
