可溶桥塞工具研究现状及发展趋势 被引量:6

摘要 目前国内研发的可溶桥塞存在工具体积大、溶解时间长、密封元件不可溶解或降解后不易返排等问题,为了给国内今后新型可溶桥塞结构设计提供参考依据,研究了目前国内外可溶桥塞工具发展现状。对国内外多种可溶桥塞工具的结构特点和材质进行了详细分析,并根据国外可溶桥塞结构形式的变化预测了今后可溶桥塞工具结构发展趋势。研究表明,国内外可溶桥塞使用材质基本相同,都为铝基或镁基可溶合金材料;现阶段可溶桥塞工具结构正向类似球座形式发展,其具有结构短小、溶解残留物少,以及易返排、密封元件橡胶体积小等特点;一些极端结构设计甚至取消了橡胶密封元件,改为全金属密封。这些新型结构可为国内今后新型可溶桥塞工具的研发提供参考。 At present,the soluble bridge plugs developed in China have some problems,such as large tool volume,long dissolution duration,sealing elements insoluble or difficult to drainage after degradation,and etc.The current development status of soluble bridge plug tools at home and abroad was studied in order to provide reference for the domestic structure design on the new type of soluble bridge plugs in the future.The structural characteristics and materials of various soluble bridge plug tools at home and abroad are analyzed in detail,and the development trend for soluble bridge plug tools structure in the future is predicted on the basis of change of structural forms of foreign soluble bridge plugs.The results show that the materials used for soluble bridge plugs at home and abroad are basically the same,which are aluminum-based or magnesium-based soluble alloy materials.The structure of soluble bridge plug tools is currently developed towards the similar form of ball seat,which is featured as a small and short structure,less dissolved residues,easy for drainage as well as small size of rubber in sealing elements.The rubber sealingel ements were even eliminated and replaced by all-metal seals in some extreme structural design.These new structures can provide reference for domestic research and development of new type soluble bridge plug tools in the future.
