Multi-stage subdivision water injection technology in Daqing Oilfield

摘要 针对大庆油田开发后期"精细注水"要求,为解决小隔层、小卡距细分及在7段以上细分井高效率测调的难题,研究并形成了多级细分注水及高效测调技术。通过研制正向、反向桥式偏心配水器和集成桥式偏心配水封隔器,实现了1m以下小卡距卡封,长胶筒和双组胶筒封隔器能够满足0.5m小隔层开发需求;过电缆逐级解封封隔器实现了在7段以上井对地面负荷小于30t;通过下入井下智能测调仪,实现分层高效测调,有效缩短测调周期。多级细分注水技术为油藏动态分析及注采关系调整提供了在线数据支持,为数据化、智能化和智慧化油田建设提供技术支撑。 Due to the requirement of"fine water injection"in the later stage of development of Daqing Oilfield and in order to solve the difficulties of fine subdivision for small interlayers and small spans as well as of high-efficient testing and adjustment for subdivision wells with more than 7 layers,the multi-stage subdivision water injection&high-efficient testing and adjustment technology was researched.Through the development of forward and reverse bridge-type eccentric water injection mandrel and integrated bridge-type eccentric water injection packer,the isolation and sealing for intervals with small spans below 1 m have been realized.Long rubber packing element and dual rubber sleeve packers can meet the development requirement for intervals with 0.5 m small interlayers.The packers can be released by the cable step by step,and the pipe has less than 30 tons load on the ground in the wells with more than 7 intervals.High-efficient separate layer testing and adjustment can be achieved to shorten the period of testing and adjustment effectively through running the intelligent downhole testing and adjustment instrument.Multi-stage subdivision water injection technology will provide online data support for oil reservoir dynamic analyses,adjustment between injection-production relationship,and technical support for numerical,intelligent and smart oilfield construction.
