琵琶琴瑟,八大王王王在上;魑魅魍魉,四小鬼鬼鬼犯边。对如今那些跑偏的自媒体,借用这样一副妙对来形容毫不为过。一会儿,他们挟流量自重,称王称霸,高高在上,站在所谓道德制高点上,指责谩骂、恶意揣测、偏激发声,发动舆论审判。一会儿,他们化身为"公知",如鬼如蜮,时隐时现,滥用互联网流量资源,违规转载、侮辱先烈、宣扬极端,真的乱了人间。

There are phantoms on the internet,creating chaos and breaking the lines.Sometimes,web traffic is their leverage to dominate opinions and preach their so-call morality,to slander and smear,to speculate and go to extremes,to incite and to pass judgements.Sometimes,they morph into"public intellects".They come and go like phantoms,abusing web traffic,forwarding illicit information,insulting national heroes,fanning extremism,bringing chaos to the internent.In the second half of this year,the National Cyberspace Administration of China began to stamping out these phantoms…
